Domestic Orders: Orders will be processed in 2 business days, the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days. EXCEPT made upon order items / high volume quantity / high volumetric parcel size. E.g. coffee tables, linear lights, and floor lamps would take 15 to 20 business days under normal shipping conditions.
Please note that this timeframe is an estimate only and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery period.
While most shipments are delivered within the stated transit time, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delays. These may include, but are not limited to, customs inspections, container audits, port congestion, adverse weather conditions, regulatory requirements, carrier disruptions, or other logistical issues.
In the event of such circumstances, actual delivery times may exceed the standard 15–20 business day estimate. We appreciate your understanding and patience should any unexpected delays occur during transit.

International Orders: Thailand orders will be processed in 2 business days, and the estimated delivery time to receive is between 20 to 30 business days. Kindly contact us if you wish to confirm the lead time before placing an order.
International Orders: Indonesia orders will be processed in 2 business days, and the estimated delivery time to receive is between 30 to 40 business days. Kindly contact us if you wish to confirm the lead time before placing an order.
Please note that shipping timelines, especially for INDONESIA shipments, may occasionally experience unforeseen delays due to shipping congestion, container inspections, customs clearance processes, warehouse audits, or logistics disruptions beyond our control. While we will always do our best to ensure timely delivery, certain situations may impact the estimated shipping lead time and cause delays which cannot be guaranteed or avoided.
*Note: The days listed above are only estimates in business/working days. While we will do all that we can to make sure your order is delivered on time, Urbanesta.Co cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. and these interruptions can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
*Note: For large items such as, coffee tables, and lighting fixtures, the courier service will only provide curbside delivery. This means that the items will be unloaded at your location but not brought inside or to your doorstep. We kindly recommend arranging for additional assistance on-site to carry and move these items to their final placement. No unboxing, assembly or installation service is provided,
Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. Customers are advised to review their order details carefully before confirming their purchase.
If you wish to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before shipment. Once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the order will be considered final.
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees:
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Urbanesta.Co has no control over these charges, nor can Urbanesta.Co predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.
Customs policies vary widely by country. If you have questions we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:
Urbanesta.Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
